Data Retention

We retain your account data for the period required by applicable law and our internal compliance schedule. You may request a copy of the data we hold by writing to our policy team with your account ID and a description of the data you wish to receive.

Cookie Handling

Our platform uses cookies to maintain your session, remember your preferred deposit method — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — and measure how the lobby is used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time without affecting your account access.

Account Security

Passwords are stored using one-way encryption; we never hold them in plain text. Two-factor authentication is available and we recommend enabling it. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact live chat immediately so we can freeze the account and begin a security review.

Requesting Changes

To update personal details such as your registered name, mobile number, or linked UPI handle, submit a request through the Help Centre with a copy of the relevant identity document. Changes are verified and applied within two business days under the Terms.

Account Termination

Either you or lottis may close an account in line with the termination clause of these Terms. Pending withdrawals processed via Paytm or PhonePe will be completed before closure is finalised. Any balance not withdrawn within the stated window is handled per the dormant-account clause.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises from these Terms, you should first contact our support team in writing. Unresolved disputes proceed to the formal escalation path described in Section 14 of the Terms, which sets out timelines, evidence requirements, and the neutral review process.

These Terms apply to every person who opens an account on lottis.co. Access and eligibility depend on local law; the Terms are enforceable only where your use of the platform is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.

We will notify you of material changes by email or through an in-account banner. Continuing to use your account after the effective date of the update means you accept the revised Terms. You may close your account if you do not agree with any change.

The deposit clause of these Terms states that all funds transferred via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe are credited once the payment network confirms receipt. lottis does not charge a deposit fee, but your payment provider may apply their own charges separately.

The withdrawal clause requires identity verification before your first withdrawal. You submit a government-issued ID through the Help Centre. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals to the same PhonePe or Paytm handle are processed without re-verification unless your account details change.

The conduct clause prohibits creating multiple accounts, using automated software to interact with the lobby, and any attempt to exploit platform errors. Breaches may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
